I was tired of the lies that women were being programmed to think...

  • Work out everyday, sometimes for hours, until you can’t take anymore.

How long is the program?

The Lady Warrior Healthy Mind & Body Makeover is 12 Weeks long… the perfect amount of time to start seeing real results!

Do I get workouts that include weights and cardio?

Yes, you will get 5 workouts each week with a video and detailed explanation of the exercises designed to help you reach your goals.

What are the meal plans like?

Together, we will determine what meal plan is best for you and your lifestyle according to your desires and goals. There isn’t a predetermined meal plan, and no, you won’t have to put up with eating foods you hate.

What is the wellness assessment?

It's a detailed questionnaire to help me understand where you are at mentally and physically with your goals, what your level of fitness is, what your nutrition looks like, what level your happiness and anxiety are at, what your sleep patterns are like, and what may be some of your overall health concerns.

Am I able to get in touch with you with questions?

Yes! If you do the DIY program, you will get one, 1:1 call with me, and can also email me questions for the full 12 weeks of the program. In addition, you can ask questions on the group calls. If you opt in for the VIP experience, you will have access to me via Voxer for 12 weeks, and 3 1:1 calls with me. 

Do we have weekly check-ins?

We will have a powerful bi-weekly calls with all the group members via ZOOM on the computer. This is where you can ask questions, share your wins for the week, and address where we can see if any tweaks need to be made. It’s a great place to share our stories to help encourage everyone in the group.  

In addition, you will have access to an accountability platform for weekly checkins inside the program.

How long will I have access to the program? 

You will have access to the program for a lifetime. You can download any part of the program for your own safe keeping, or access the program with your login for as long as the program is active and live. If for any reason, the program is updated, you will also have access to the updates! If the program is ever retired, you will be notified in advance with instructions on how to save the program contents on your own personal device.  

Do you guarantee results?

I guarantee that if you follow this program the way it is laid out you will see results. I say that with 100% confidence. I have not had one student that followed the program and not seen results! If you go through the 12 weeks and don't experience results, you will have the ability to let me know so that you can qualify for a refund!
